SPX Aids to Navigation in Tallinn will specialize in both buoy manufacturing and marine lanterns assembly. It will also produce key components for SPX Aids to Navigation’s products, streamlining operations and reinforcing our ability to serve both brands’ customers with greater speed and precision.

Both Sabik and Sealite customers will benefit from more effective collaboration and seamless operations.

Premium Buoy Manufacturing With Advanced Processes

The Tallinn site is equipped with state-of-the-art rotational molding technology — the cornerstone of our buoy manufacturing process. With this advanced technology, SPX Aids to Navigation in Tallinn will manufacture robust Sealite buoys built to withstand the severest of conditions.

“To guarantee quality, we only use UV stabilized virgin polyethylene material for longevity and durability in IALA compliant colors.”
Vahur Vahkal, Buoy Production Manager, SPX Aids to Navigation Estonia.

Robotic automation is integrated throughout the production process, including assembly, programming, and quality testing, ensuring each buoy meets our specific standards for premium products.
